“Hawaii Vacation for Two”
The “Hawaii Vacation for Two” Contest opens Friday, August 10, 2007 and closes Monday, September 15, 2008 at 12:00 Noon CST ("Contest Closing Deadline").
Rules and Regulations
1. This contest is only open to residents of Canada who are 25 years of age or older.
2. The Contest is not open to employees (current or retired) of Train2Invest Inc. their immediate families and those with whom they reside.
3. Entrant must attend a Turning Point Presentation in order to qualify for entry. Any online attendees during the contest duration will automatically be entered for the draw, provided all information submitted is true and correct.
4. The prize is a 7 day, 6 nights all inclusive vacation package for two to Hawaii. Airfare not included with prize. Exact location to be determined by Train2Invest Inc..
5. One entry will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 12:00 Noon CST on Monday, September 15, 2008. The decisions of the Contest judge are final. The winner must redeem the prize within a one year period from the draw date. Train2Invest Inc. may limit the booking dates available to the winner.
6. The Prize must be accepted as awarded, with no cash substitution. The Prize is non-transferable. The winner and guest are solely responsible for any expenses not specifically included in the Prize.
7. To be eligible and to be declared a winner by the Contest judge, a potential winner must meet all contest rules and meet these terms.
8. Train2Invest Inc. must be able to reach the selected entrant by telephone within 5 days of the draw. The Prize winner and travel companion (or, if a travel companion is under the age of majority, his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (s), must sign a liability and publicity release form as provided by Train2Invest Inc. within the period specified by Train2Invest Inc., releasing Train2Invest Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest (including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in the Prize as awarded) and confirming compliance with Contest rules before being declared winner of the Prize.
9. Only selected entrant will be notified.
10. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted on or before Friday, September 20, 2008 or is contacted but does not claim his/her prize on or before that date, or does not meet all of the Contest rules and terms, the Contest judge may disqualify the entrant from the Contest and another entry will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
General
11. The Contest is subject to all International, Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations. Void where prohibited.
12. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
13. The decisions of the Contest judge are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and entrants agree to abide by all of the instructions and decisions of the Contest judge. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Contest rules or any decision rendered by the Contest judge, the decision or interpretation of the Contest judge shall prevail.
14. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest rules, which are subject to change without notice to Contest entrants individually, and each entrant releases Train2Invest Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation in the Contest or the use of the prize.
15. The Contest and the Contest rules are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Manitoba and any dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

16. By entering this contest, you agree that Train2Invest Inc. may use your name, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by Train2Invest Inc. without payment or compensation.
17. Train2Invest Inc. operates under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Train2Invest Inc. collects the personal information on the entry for its marketing activities only. The information provided will be held strictly confidential and will not be sold, loaned, rented, or given to any other individual or organization for any purpose, whatsoever.
